He also went out of his way to find a black Kykoi for me and brought it with on our final time using him for his services.

We booked two rides initially for our time in Zanzibar with Tibu and having met us personally at the airport, I knew straight away I would book the remaining rides with him. The drivers were all excellent and friendly.

We stayed initially one day in Zanzibar before flying to Arusha for safari. When we arrived in Arusha, my partner realised she had forgot her jacket at the airport in Zanzibar. We weren’t sure what to do at asked the hotel to try and contact the airport, but to no avail. I then thought why not write to Tibu to see if he could find the right number for us to phone as he seemed so nice. Not only did he find us the number, he tried calling himself, going to the airport several times out of his way to try and help track down her jacket. I was shocked at how much he was going out of his way for us to try and help. When we flew back to Zanzibar a few days later, we thanked him so much for his help and he said he was just doing job. This was clearly not his job in any of our eyes.

My partner also forgot another item of clothing in a hotel in Zanzibar when we had gone to Nungwi. I felt bad and kinda dumb to ask Tibu if by any chance any of his drivers were making the same journey again. The next day one of his driver picked up the item and brought it to us – an incredible deed and service.

I cannot praise Tibu and his team enough. They are sensational and such wonderful people and provide a terrific service. Thank you so much!

  great, reliable, polite – I spoke to mr Tibu on whatsapp on the 2nd of january to ask for a ride from the airport to the resort on the 8th of january. On the… read more date, one of his drivers waited for us at the airport. The driver was very friendly and polite, he waited an extra hour as our plane got delayed, then he kindly took us to several supermarkets where we could buy some sunscreen (which we forgot) and then we continued our way to the resort. The car was very spacious and in a very nice condition, with AC working very well.
Since we were so satisfied with the ride we asked him to provide us with a ride back to the airport. The same driver came back and was very punctual. We traveled in confort and everything was great.
